Not reading sensors

Just recently had my cam sensor go out so I changed it was working fine then I had to change my waterpump and all of a sudden my coolant and oil temp gauges stopped working and cam sensor starting working only when it wants to changed coolant and oil temp sensors and still gauges dont work not sure what happened cleaned all connections and made sure everything was plugged good and when the cam sensor is not wanting to work it wont give me a wait to start light but I've learned the hard way if I keep turning the key back and forth for a while it'll usually pop on and then itll crank right up anybody has any suggestions please let me know have no clue where to go from here

I think the sensors use a 5 volt reference signal and several of them share. Not in front of a computer to look up wire print to confirm. Since it started when you changed the water pump I would go back and look at the wiring to each of those sensors very carefully

Thanks for the reply I have looked very carefully at all the sensors and the wiring and they do all connect together but everything looks to be fine every plug cleaned and plugged good and every sensor is brand new the only thing left is maybe the whole wiring harness but it looks fine as far as I could tell

You can disconnect the Sensor and use a DVOM to check for 5 vdc. That will either conform or diagnose the PCM side.
