OBD II codes

OBD II codes
I have a 96 F150 that i had a check engine light come on. I had it checked, and the codes were: P1127, and P1780.
Now supposedly the P1127 is a O2 sensor downstream? I replaced to out of the 3 o2 sensors about 6 months ago when I had a P1133 code. Question is which one is bad now? The P1780 code is supposed to be "transmission out of range" What does that mean? I have the 4R70W trans. Any help on the codes would be great.
