PCV valve selection?

I changed both out, so we will see how it goes. Both my vans need a quart at 1100-1200 miles. No leaks, no smoke. 139k on my van I've had for 20 years and its been doing it forever, and the twin has 69k and I have put about 2300 miles on it since buying it. It did it same as the older one right on 1100 miles. Both vans 92 with 3.0 Weird.
Both old PVC vavles still rattled.
