Icp replacement ???

I got the code 2285 and I guess another icp replacement. This will be my third one in 16 years . My truck is a early 2003 that I bought new in February 03 . My question is has anyone ever loosened The body mounts on the driver side and jacked up the body to gain a little bit of room? What I’am thinking is like a 1 1/2 or so to make it a little easier to get to .
Ive done this twice now and it’s a bitch to get the plug undone.

Going from the bottom is too much work. Drain a couple gallons of coolant out of the radiator, remove degas bottle and FICM/bracket and get at it with a 10” 1/2” extension, socket and swivel.
