They're into making up little body parts like that due to the rust trouble they've seen over the years. Not sure how different yours is than what they may already have, but perhaps you could even repurpose an existing one if they don't make yours.
Since they share a lot of similarities with the 78-79 Big Bronco frame's, I wonder if they are the same? Another option I see regularly is to just make a cross bar and drill out the inner mounts in the cab to use instead. Rather fast and easy fix.
I guess I should have worded that better. What I am looking for is the cab mount. There is the support that runs the width of the truck at the back of the cab, on each end there is a support welded on that bolts the cab to the frame support.
normally I would weld in a patch but this one is beyond repair.
The back window had a leak. It leaked in under carpet without being noticed and found its way through the rear cab mount bolt hole.
