Not quick with ford....I requested buyback November of 2017. They denied it several times before agreeing in July. I got my replacement vehicle on November 29th 2018.

I would say your time frame is about the norm for most people give or take a couple of months.
Ford did a buy back on my 2017 F250 in march of 2018. I bought it in October of 2017 started taking it to the dealership in Nov and Dec. I requested buyback in January of 18 after it has been in the shop several times with no fix and at that particular time I was around the 30th day there.
Anyone anywhere used the Lemon law and received their money back or a replacement vehicle?
If you qualify under your state's LL, then file. That's the fastest way. If you meet the criteria, they'll get it done. if not, you shouldn't file until you do. I use to represent an auto manufacturer in LL cases. I lost only one case in arbitration over several years. Why was I so good? BC those that we knew we couldn't win were bought back before arbitration. The one I lost was when the arbitrator felt that brake squeal from metallic brakes was a safety issue, which, of course, it is not. Many times, when I knew someone was upside down on a vehicle and had high mileage on it, I'd just offer them state mandated buyback terms b/c I knew they couldn't afford it. If you're upside down and have high mileage, then LL is not a good idea in most cases.
