https://www.merckmanuals.com/home/di...e-pancreatitis

At least it not complete empty nest for your wife, that when it really bad. At least your daughter was working which soften it a little bit. She may have the urge to go over there every night or have them come over.
Taillights will be here shortly start the flat bed tommorow. Have not decided if I am going to build the whole thing out there or just put the crossmembers on.

Yep that is it.
I don't hardly ever drink so thinking it is gallstone related. I called the place that the ER suggested, of course they are hospital related. They will have to pull my file, look over it and then will call me back 24 to 48 hr with an appointment. Are you kidding me?? That is insane.

Yay for meds!!
First time I have been pain free in almost a week. The wife has an early doctors appt so little man is going to work with me. The grand opening is Thursday night so a lot of clean up starting this morning. They finally have the big sign by the road installed!! More and more people are starting to come in and more people are wanting us to service their mowers. Some are tractors but mower business is really picking up.

Glad you got some relief . When you see the Dr have Do an A1C level for diabetes among other things the pancreas does is insulin. It does alot. Since you had pain for a long time they may have to do some type surgery. Now is not the time to be the old tough Army guy, tell them how long you have had it.
You boss is ok with littke man with you? Now that the sign is up maybe more business as if they could tell driving by and see all the new green and yellow stuff sitting there

The IG place called back and I have to get a referral from my primary care doctor whom I have never seen. Just plain craziness. Little man only stayed about 2 hours or so. He was in my office most of the time so he wasn't a big distraction.
Business is picking up not only for service but people shopping for mowers and tractors.

Called the Dr's office, I'm sorry we have not seen you in over a year, you have to come in and fill out paperwork and request to be a new patient. Once the Dr accepts you then we can schedule you an appointment. But it may take 3 or 4 days for them to approve and then we can schedule you an appointment. I called Tricare and there is no work around. I called the receptionist back and she is going to talk to the Dr and see what they can do. This is so unreal it baffles me, like a never ending circle.

The doctors office called me back and I have an appointment for tomorrow morning!! The sad thing is he will just refer me to another doctor. At least we are making some progress in the right direction.

The other day a guy dropped off his mower for a service and replace all the belts. He complained about the bill when I told him the amount. Well the mower guy forgot to grease the mower and he was upset about that so I went out and did it personally. I apologized a hundred times and promised it would not happen again. He complained to the general manager and then emailed the corporate office last night. He said we left off 3 valve caps which were missing when he dropped it off, he complained about the bill. He even complained that we didn't wash the bottom of the deck. Come to find out one of the salesman knows him and he always complains/ all the time and every time. The bill was correct because I double and triple checked before he came in to pay. He is the first and won't be the last I'm sure.

Sound like you need to change Dr anyway. For almost alo my meds I do VA. Lexie could use Champ but it pays last. Medicare is our primary and GEHA secondary except for Lexies meds and anything I need short term we pay zero at dr. However medicare is 134/ month each and GEHA is 250 or 300. It changed a few years to allow self plus one.

For the chronic butthead syndrome take pictures of every thing on his equipment, do not give him any type priority. Document everything, spell out i writing what us and is not to be done.

There are some people you just can't please, Reading thru what he sent to the head office he just wanted a discount. He dropped it off and we did what he asked and didn't like the price. The new belts he wanted were over 100 dollars and an hour labor to install them. Cartersville had the same problem and come to find out he is just a chronic complainer.

Everything is set up at work for the Grand Opening tonight.

Free food no beer, but I think a few came in with their own Dixie cups full of an adult beverage. The shop is almost back to normal. Now getting ready to haul stuff to the Rome Forum for a lawn and garden show this weekend. No damage at work or home from the storms.
