Looks like it is off a hyrail unit . So could be Dana 60 or 70. hard to tell with no pic of the diff.

Unless I am just wrong as ever (been known to happen) Ford front axles Dana 60 or Dana 44 are dvrs side drop ...passenger side drop is a chebby thing. That axle looks to not have lock outs on it, so maybe it is a newer axle? Or a Dodge newer axle?
I could be wrong, but I counted three different times and see ten (10) studs on the wheel, suspecting it to be off a F-550 or similar or heavier truck.

it has a hub adapter to go from 8 to bolt to 10 bolt. These were used on Hy rail trucks to give them more off set to get the track width closer to the 4' 8 1/2" standard track gauge so the tires will ride on the rails. See below pic
The axle posted looks like it is off a hyrail truck
Well that axle is very easy to identify it's a Dana 50 from a 99-2002 SRW F350 truck. The plastic ESOF hubs are the giveaway. The axle won't fit any older than a 99 because of the width and the bolt pattern is metric.
