air bags
I'm look at getting some air bags on my truck, its a 2016 lariat 4x4 and I have the factory inner fender guards in the rear. I put a 2" level block in the front with made the front just a touch higher than the rear, so now when I tow anything or have the box loaded with work stuff the truck really sags is the back. both ride rite and air lift offer no drill kits but I haven't read anything about if the factory inner fender guard affect the no drill kits. has anyone had any experience with this. im leaning toward the ride rite single path kit, and possibly an on board air kit as well.

It would be helpful to know more than the trim level of your truck. If it’s a Superduty, the bags are between the frame rails and don’t affect the inner fender liners. Can’t speak for a 150.
I’d ditch the front leveling blocks. Totally works against towing safely and looks silly when towing.

What he said, leveling blocks are fine for Mall Crawlers and achieving that killer flat biller look, but when it comes to actually doing work with your truck they're totally counterproductive to borderline unsafe, depending how much weight in back they can seriously unload the front end.
Lose the blocks first, if that doesn't help then air bags or those air/hex cell axle bump stops could be another option.
