They don't make after market 55 grilles, the only one reproduced is the 56. The V8 emblem for the 56 has 3 bolts. The 55 emblem bolts to the support and will have 2 bolts ,the 53 emblem has 3 bolts . I can't comment on the 54 because I don't have one and would like one to complete my wall art..

The 53 grille on top was modified to take the 56 trim rings and I'll be doing the same to the 55 grill I have

Because the 56 grille is the best looking grille ever made, of all years and all makes!

Here is a '54 for you, if you don't mind a little Swiss Cheese on the headlight bucket!

I repaired all the Swiss cheese on that 53 grille, I missed out on a 54 grille here because I dragged my *** and the truck ended up getting crushed. The truck itself wasn't worth saving...

That is the grille on my 54 when I fixed her up in 1998. I didn't say original because my uncle was driving Grandpa's truck in the late 50s when he was hit in the left front at a rural intersection with out any stop signs.

The original tailgate is hanging on the back wall.

The tailgate I had from my pickup walked away one day but I'm not sure what day it was...
