You think it might be a good idea to identify what you're working on or should we just guess.....

the key is first, then the truck must be in the PARK or NEUTRAL position.... then you get power to the relay on the firewall... then to the starter.

Wiggle the shift lever, try Neutral.. see if you can get power to the firewall.... possibly see if you have power at the transmission switch if the above fails.

the light should blink for 3-4 seconds when you turn the key "ON" ... without cranking... It will go OFF when the CHIP in the key is recognized as the correct key by PATS.

try your second key , on dwg the pcm must give a ground to get start relay on

Most of the time its the pcm not giving the ground to the start relay . . Because of pats problem or other blown fuses .

The one on top right is pcm power relay

You lucked out by accidently getting the failed one changed .Not very organized but hey it worked . The other two were not important .No pcm power =no signal to start relay .

Did you install those 3 new relays? I feel that all the relays are important. If there is a bad relay, then something else isn't working right, because you placed the bad relay in it's place when you switched them around.
