Yea, but you'll loose about 25 HP. The Marquis motor will have E6 heads on it, the F series had E7 heads. The E7's made 25 more HP. On the plus side the Marquis motor will have a roller cam, but it's the "base" roller cam, smallest in lift and duration of the factory roller cams Ford used in production. You could swap the E7 heads onto the Marquis motor and pickup the HP rating, but you won't be able to use a bigger cam. The Marquis 5.0 will have pistons with no valve reliefs due to the fact that in the E6 heads, the valves are located higher inside the head than all other SBF heads were. Bolting E7 heads onto it moves the valves closer to those pistons, so you're limited on how much more aggressive you can get with a camshaft.
I will run this info by our in house mechanic aka my dad. We are using this truck for snow plowing and getting it mobile again is very time sensitive. A straight swap would be the quickest and easiest fix but if it wont perform we will have to pursue other options.
It will have more torque in the bottom end than the engine you have now. Swap the cam in it for an HO grind and you'll have basically an 86 Mustang HO motor
