E40D Problems

I have a 94.5 f350 2wd and my transmission is having a hard time finding gears I’ve gone threw every sensor possible I even took the chip I had off and it worked fine till I killed the truck what do y’all think is wrong with it

What do call”finding gears”
is it long shifts of is it constantly upshifting/down shifting ?
is the O/D light flashing ?
