I checked my fuel pressure on my 1999 f250 5.4 triton. Turning the key from off to on 1st time was 10lpsi, second time was 30psi, third was 35 psi. Started truck 35 psi at idle are these numbers ok?

Our 2002 5.4L will go right up to 35-40 psi with the initial 2-3 sec fuel rail prime when the ignition switch is first turned to RUN.
Since you are seeing only 10 psi something is starting to go.
Before blaming the fuel pump the fuel pump power relay should be checked.
I think on your year it can easily be swapped with another relay (or a known good relay) and recheck the pressures.
How many miles?
Has the fuel filter ever been changed?
I just changed the fuel filter and will check it again. It has 185,000 miles I bought it with 175,000 unknown how many miles are on the fuel pump relay etc. I will check the relay thanks.
