didn't measure my voltage drop today but I now have 14.08v available at the headlights (both sides) at idle when the battery was at 14.13v. I'm happy with that.
also raised the lights up a bit and other than cost, i really don't regret my decision to do the harness and OEM 05-07 lights. I am more than pleased with the lights now, we even took a 2hr night road trip tonight just to give them a good test and they did absolutely wonderful.
i raised the lights another 1.5" and the pattern looks just about perfect now according to this chart
and this is what the Philips Xtreme-vision H13 bulbs looked like tonight on low beam after raising them. no one has flashed me yet
Thanks, got some Lamin-x on the way to protect them too, cheap insurance at 20.00 for both sides.
Vinyl protector has worked wonderful on my other vehicles, the UV attacks it instead of the housing and they dont yellow or become cloudy. when the vinyl looks like crap after 100k just peal it off and put on new

Flyboy, what do you figure you have invested in the swap total $$-wise?
New OEM Lights: 260.00, i could have got used for 60/ea
relays/connectors : 13.50
h13 pigtails: 17.00
parking light pigtails : 50
wire: 12.00
philips extreme-vision: 14.00
sold old lights to coworker:-40.00
so looks like just under 360, but if i had gone used and aftermarket parking pigtails, could have been in the 210.00 range
These are the relays i used
These are the h13 pigtails
These parking sockets, but i posted the pics of how I modified the bulb retainers, there was an extra tab that needed to be removed. All i could get in town that day, i ordered replacements online for 1/2 dealer cost that will be returned to dealer.........WPT1025 looks like the correct one that wouldn’t need modifications to the socket, oh well

Thank you for the breakdown and parts list. Happy Holidays!
no problem. the lights are fantastic!! I am very pleased with my choice both cosmetically and functionally. the overall beam and spread is great. highs are high which does seem a bit dim due to them no illuminating the foreground like a 4 light system would but i can't do much about that but they do throw the light a bit further down and up, but still not enough to create blinding glare on signs.
