Wiper delay module location
1984 Ford Bronco XLT, I'm looking for the wiper delay control module. I have replaced the motor and the switch and I'm still having an issue with the wipers only working periodically. I hear a clicking under the dash and I have read that there is a wiper delay module way up under there but I am not finding it. Does anyone know where it is located?

Behind the headlamp switch...
Here is still is the headlamp switch, just removed from the dash...
Headlamp switch circled in yellow, wiper control module circled in red.
