LOL......I am Corholio.....LOL Do you have TP for my bung hole. Lol......This really bring back old TV memories. Man i`m old. I agree, those mirrors look so stupid especially when they aren`t towing anything.

I believe that the mounting geometry is different due to different sight lines to the driver. The passenger side mirror housing doesn’t swing out as far as the driver side, so it takes less time to open or close.

Mine was hit... Now I am trying to chase down parts to fix. Both still open and close at the same time. 2018
Anyone know where I can order the front panel??? (facing the rear of the truck. Its the piece behind the mirrors held in with a few screws.) I only need that piece and not the whole assembly. I am not paying hundreds for extra parts I don't need...
I can't seem to find it, the dealer parts dept wanted sell the entire assembly.

Guess I never really noticed the moved differently until the hit. No real visible damage, must have lucked out there. I'm surprised by how many people park on skinny streets with their mirrors out. I've driven past several busted ones.
Still working fine so I'll just ignore the timing difference
