passenger side view mirror
mine doesn't seem to have the "images in mirror are closer than they appear" effect. it looks to have the same magnification as the drivers. is this correct? i think it makes knowing when to change lanes after passing someone difficult.

My 00' F250 seemed to have this exact same situation as yours. Simple fix for me was to stop by the local autozone and pick up the 3" circular mirrors and install them into the lower left drivers side rear view and the lower right passenger side mirrors. This was a tremendous help as I too didnt want to cut others off after a pass. Now I see everything in the blind spots, along the sides and of course, the back. HTH, Good Luck
