I got two questions, the first one is what is the size of the fuel lines on a 1995 ford f-350 with a 351W? And the second is can an inline fuel pump work with the truck and what PSI and GPH should I get?

The lines are likely 5/16" or 3/8" inner diameter. Take one off the truck and measure it. Have not seen/heard of an inline/external pump that could run a EFI vehicle, those are usually low pressure pumps designed for carbureated vehicles. Use the OEM in tank style to achieve the needed 30-50 PSI and flow rate.

well, I found an inline fuel pump online that could handle EFI. Here is the link:
That is the type pump used for the 1990 and older fuel injector trucks. You can get the same type fuel pump from any auto part store if you ask for the frame mounted HP pump for a 1990 Fuel injected F-series truck with a 300, 302, 351 or 460 engine.
Are you changing to different fuel tank?
The in tank pumps for your truck puts out more than enough fuel and pressure for your engine.

the reason why I want to change my fuel pump from an in-tank pump to a mounted one is that it's cheaper and easier to change
and I'm not changing to a different fuel tank.
Do you have two fuel tanks?
If so how are you going switch tanks?
If the in tanks pumps are dead or not there and you run out of fuel the frame pump may not reestablish prime and the engine will not restart.
Are you removing the in tank pumps?
