Ford remote access
Anyone have trouble getting into Ford Remote Access when I enter email SIM card # and they ask for 4 number pin I enter my pin to unlock phone and it says does not match?

As stated previously, the activating dealer gives you the PIN over the phone.

Can any of you that are using the ford pass smart link help with pricing?
it looks like when you buy from a dealer you get 2 years of free FORD subscription. Do you still need to get the Verizon data plan slso?
that is what it looks like to me, sence I dont have Verizon its $45 a month for 2 GB. If the remote (smart phone) start will work without Verizon I would be intetested.

They will be able to answer any and all questions about what is and what is not included in the price. They`ll also be able to answer any questions you have about Verizon and when it`s needed with SmartLink.

Kind of unrelated to the initial question, but what are the part numbers on the remote access and alarm deal? I pulled mine off my 2017 F150 when I traded that in and curious to see if they fit the next truck when it comes in... Thanks!

i used same part numbers on a 17 and an 18.
No idea on 19....

Went to Ford Remote website to see when my subscription runs out. Clicking on the The Subscription link yields "TRANSFER TO SPINDANCE TELEMATICS SERVICES". That web site says "We no longer support the CarLink and Ford Remote Access products. For support of these products, please send an email to support@voxxintl.zendesk.com." I did but no reply yet.
Any body know what is going on?
