I took the bed off a 2006 to change out the fuel pump a few years ago.............. 6 bolts thru the bed floor........ gas tank filler neck... vent hose from rear axle may be clipped to bottom of bed...... electrical plug to tail lights ........ took about an hour to get it off........ all depends on how "BAD" the 6 bolts it the bed are stuck.... Hard part is reinstall, setting between the bumper and the back of truck wall............. If I did that again, I might take the bumper off to get better access............ I parked under a couple rafters in the barn and used two comealongs to pickup up a foot, then roll truck out from under it.... I doubt it weights 700 pounds.

Thx for the input. I'll consider taking off the bumper.
