Yes. All Ranger beds from 1993 till about 2008 or so are identical. Around 2009 two of the bolt locations changed (I think they added two more, actually) and that's the only difference. Other than that, all beds from 1993-2011 are identical.
Of course there are long beds and short beds though, so make sure you get the correct length bed.
Also, if you're converting from stepside (flareside) bed to fleet-side (or vice-versa), the tailgates and rear bumpers are different and not interchangable.
I know this is an old thread but would Like to add I am finishing a swap putting the fleet side bed from my 2003 ranger regular cab on my 2002 ranger extended cab step side bed and will put the step side on the 2003. You do have to use the fuel filler tube and hose that matches the bed. Also interesting is that of all things the tag lights changed from 02 to 03. So I had to swap those from one bumper to the other. Other than that it fits and lines up perfectly. Also both trucks are black so no painting needed.
