Welcome to the forum! Can you give us a little more information about your truck? Year? Model? Is it recently imported to Norway from the US, or has it always been there since new? Is there any clues on the data plates where it was manufactured? (US, Canada, or some European plant) Could you post a picture of the data plate?, and pic of your truck, too, would be great.

Don't have any pic on the computer just yet. The truck is a 1953 F-350, used to be a flatbed, but the bed is long gone.
As far as I can tell from the paperwork, it was registered in Norway in 1956, but for all I know it might have been here since 53, just not registered until 56..
Has not been on the road since 1986. Data plate is missing unfortunately
"X" for Export? The letter "O" was never used so I wonder if somewhere along the line a Zero got added, since it's an F-350?
I thought about that too, a buddy of mine has a '54 F-600, his vin number has the B and the X, but not the O or Zero.. just F60 at the start, like the vin decoding chart say
If it was not built in USA, but in Canada or overseas, that would explain a different number sequence. The glove box or cowl tag should say country of origin. Unfortunately, it sounds like yours is missing.
There is enough variation in vins that I don't have a problem seeing F350 at the front.
Everything else is generally in the right sequence. Can you tell what the original color was? B was the code for Sheridan Blue. X was used for assembly in October, second year ('54).
If it was assembled and stamped outside the US these are a possibility.
