VIN number Help
I'm new on this forum so hello everybody.
I'm living in Paris (France no Texas !).
I have an issue on buying a Ford F 150 truck.
I asked the seller to send me the VIN and I received a pic of a blue sticker "MFD. BY FORD MOTOR CO. IN USA", showing a VIN : X15HKCE1751 Then, i have a F0000
I uploaded the pic he sent me, but I'm not sure it wordked (?).
Anyway, can any one help me to understand what this number is ? it should be a 17 characters number !!??

Do you know where I can find a decoder ? I'd like to check if the VIN number I was sent matches with the truck.
By the way, if any one could give me an apreciation of the value ...knowing that for a truck sent to europe you need to add some costs and time value !
