Does an AMC count?
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Hudson Motor Car Company made Hudson and other brand automobiles in Detroit, Michigan, from 1909 to 1954. In 1954, Hudson merged with Nash-Kelvinator Corporation to form American Motors (AMC). The Hudson name was continued through the 1957 model year, after which it was discontinued.
Just kidding,
My 70 AMC Javelin drag car, also have a 70 Javelin street car I am rebuilding and a 75 factory v8 GremlinX.
There was a guy with a Hudson pick up that came to AMC shows in CT when I lived there 4 years ago.
I am into AMC before the 81 Ford F100 flare side I am rebuilding now.
Hope you find someone that has a Hudson and can use it.

On one of the AMC forums I am on there is a guy that was restoring one using what ever NOS parts he could get his hands on, he may have been from up that way.
Last I checked on, about 4 years now, I think he was still painting it. As said about 4 years ago as that is when I moved from CT to NC where I am now.
When you look into some of the cars Rambler / AMC made would shock you like the SC/Rambler, small car with a 390 cid AMC motor and a T10 4sp or the Rouge again a small body car with a 343 cid some came with a T10 4sp.
There is a member on here in I think the 73 truck area that has a AMC Machine, 390 cid & T10 4sp from the factory but is running a T5 5sp like I am in 1 of my AMC projects.
I have not checked in on the AMC guys a lot lately, between crazy work hours and putting my AMC projects on hold till my 81 F100 flare side is done because of room in my garage.
Them Hudson are some pretty cars. It's not everyday you see one even at car shows just like any AMC cars.

He's still working on it. He's assembling it now. Amazing job, the detail he's going to. Should be finished next year. We used to babysit his kids. I had a look at it about 2 months ago. Dennis
