Key fobs

You know, I really hate the people on ebay sometimes. I ordered "2 For 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 Ford Excursion Remote Keyless Entry Key Fob". They send me to empty shell's. I emailed them asking where my fobs were. They said it was just the shell cases, if you're unhappy you can return them. I told them yes, just send the shipping label and i'll return them. They said they don't provide return shipping. It was only $5, but it's the principal. If they don't provide a complete refund and return label i'll open a dispute. Thieves should not be allowed to get away with this type of practice.

They like to be deceptive. For me, I know $5 would be too inexpensive for a pair of key fobs. Finding good working ones is another problem. I purchased some that looked good, and they worked, only not well. I opened them up and compared them to the originals and found they were lacking in support around the buttons. If they had spent $.01 more on the molding process they would have had a nice product.

I bought one that was an OEM internals with an aftermarket case for $5, so they're definitely out there. I've had good experience with aftermarket copies in a variety of situations, so I figured why not, it's $5, if it doesn't work it doesn't really hurt. However for it to be completely absent when they said it was included, that's not acceptable in my book.
