Small brush and lots of patience. You need a brush small enough that you can feed it into the frame channel... and you've basically gotta have both hands free to paint with 1 brush. Hand dexterity required.

My regret about Aaron-71’s attention to detail is that it’s not focused on an FE. I want a budget serpentine belt system for my truck.
You betcha
Haha, junkyard serp systems aren't that bad. If I had an FE to start with, you know I would have made a serp system for it instead

Side note.... couldnt you put Saran Wrap over the gallon and then put the lid on? The POR will stick to the wrap but the wrap won't stick to the lid.
Yes you certainly can. I do this with all of my POR-15 products. 1 good layer of saran wrap, sometimes doubled up.
I've noticed recently that the cans (pint, quart, gallon, doesn't matter) are a lot thinner than they used to be. I gave a gallon can a good wack with a rubber mallet to seat the lid... the side of the can buckled!
They must have switched to cheap chinese tin... cause the very first gallon I bought 8 years ago had a can that seemed indestructible!
