Where does this go?

Just noticed this floating free. Is it supposed to be connected somewhere? If so, where? No idea what it is, kinda hard to do a search!

That is the vacuum supply hose that's supposed to connect to your heater control valve in line with the heater hoses adjacent to your engine oil fill tube.
