Silly question about floor jacks and if a 35 will fit on the 18 inch spare tire rim

So I just realized getting ready to take a trip to California and I upsize my tires a while back to 35's and doing my pre-trip getting stuff together realized I still have the stock 275 spare tire on the 18 inch rim couple of questions first will a 35 fit in that area where the spare is located on that stock 18 inch rim? Next question need a floor jack because the factory Jack will not work as well thinking about getting one from Harbor Freight any input and advice on which one to roll with and third question where do I place the Jack when using it to change a tire ??? Thank you for your input I'm sure there's sarcasm is on its way how I'd be disappointed if there wasn't just a little bit of sarcasm . We are going to Lake Isabella for two weeks

About the jack, go with a 3 ton or 4 ton with the highest lift they have. Most are 19-19 1/2" but they do have one that lifts to 24". I would buy the 24". If not check into a bottle jack that has adequate lift.

Carry a small block of wood to help you with a jack that won't reach.

I have a 6 ton bottle jack on board. If we are going out for a long period of time, I take a 3 ton craftsman floor jack as well.

I also have a battery operated impact gun.

Yes a 35 will fit in spare location. I have a 37 spare under the bed.

You will have to find a shop that is willing to mount a 35x12.50 on the stock 18x8" rim, as 8.5 is minimum rim width for 12.50 tire.(aka NOT discount tire)

The factory jack should be fine with a small block. Given stock 18 wheel/32" tall tire, your 35s only moved axle up 1.5", which is were you should jack from for a tire change.
