Unhappy Help re suspension upgrade

First post guys, thanks for having me...I have a 2002 F250 4wd and travel West Texas oilfield roads every day, I have a 4 inch lift kit all round and Bilstein shocks all round, any advice on how to make this beast ride better ?

Get rid of the lift kit. Mine came with a 6" lift, the front stacks consisted of 11 leafs (leaves?) on each side. I could hardly hold a cup of coffee while driving and actually drinking it was out of the question unless stopped.

Is a 4" lift really that bad? I was looking into Fabtech for my 2WD 2003 Lariat. What about leveling kit?

The trucks ride...like trucks to start with and as soon as you start adding to that front stack it just gets worse up there. The rear gets lifted with blocks, not springs so there is no change to the ride in the back end. Blocks are not permitted up front but extended shackles are. I am not familiar with those products so someone else would have to help you with that.

I actually put the lift in myself and it honestly didnt ride any worse...I suspect the springs are flogged out but I didnt want to replace them without recommendations first...

If you are just interested in springs I recommend placing a call to ATS and talking to Junior and see what he recommends (https://www.autoandtrucksprings.com/).
