My spare is a stock 34", I just had it down last weekend to install my new TorkLift 30k hitch. I really doubt theres room for a 37" tire in there. 35 would be ok though.
Thanks for the info, I figured 35" was about max. If I tried a 37" what do you think would hit first?
it will be pretty close to the exhaust, and really tight between the hitch rails.
I pulled my bigger tire all the way back and center to make it fit best. At some point I may try and stick one of my 37's up in there and see. One may fit especially if its on a wider wheel that doesn't make it crown, but might need to make a better exhaust shield
Just climbed underneath to count the bolts on the diff. I have 12. The stock 275/70R18 takes up just about all the space- maybe another 2" left. Wonder if a deflated 37 would fit? Suprised that this isn't more of a discussion on here with all the 37" owners.
