I wonder if in CA you can lemon this type of repair and get your money back ....... Karma’s a .......
I’m sure they don’t want to dive back in. Do you think at some point they might accuse you of dumping oil in it. You may have to let them drive it after a second cleaning, although I realize you need the vehicle.

I don't know about the lemon law, but I will find out. The service guy at the new dealership said it looked like someone poured oil in the tank! After what I went through, I was going to lick my wounds and move on, certainly wouldn't do that. But this is like the gift that keeps on giving. We'll see tomorrow if more oil is in it. Not sure what my alternatives are. How else would oil get into the coolant except the EGR/oil coolers? They can drive it all they want, but this go around there will be a loaner involved. This was another ten days with out my van, I'm over it. Karma may be a bitch, but it's creeping into my life! Thanks
