I recently added a Stealth Module to my 2017 F250 6.7L and I am thrilled with the results. I lost close to 1.5-2 mpg's when I added 37x12.50 tires. I got that back plus .5 mpg when I installed the Stealth module. My current question is, "Has anyone added a cold air intake kit to their truck in conjunction with a Stealth module?" And did you see more improvement in dog's after the second upgrade?

It is not. I am actually very happy with the module and was looking at adding a cold air intake as well but wanted to see if anyone has ran both items together. Here is the truck it is running on currently. 2017 F250 6.7L Powerstroke with 2.5" Bilstien leveling springs and 37" Nitro Ridge Grapplers.
Man, I just picked my buddy up at the Dodge dealer this morning. They are denying his warranty claim on his grenaded RAM motor, want $19K for parts and labor. He had a Banks tuner, but took it out before he brought it in. They could still tell by looking at the ECU logs. He's already hired a lawyer but who the hell wants to go through that crap.
My 6.0L had a tuner on it, I just can't bring myself to make that gamble on this one.

Agree. I was looking at tuners yesterday and many claim no trace, but that's a whole lotta buckerooos to gamble with. Am still curious about them with and w/o cold air.
I just received a message from Stealth. They say that their customers are not reporting any gains in mpg's when adding a cold air intake kit in addition to the Stealth module.
I like doing as much research as I can. Of course manufacturers like to claim their product works best. But that is why I like to read forums for more information of guys and gals that have applied to real life applications. And I love to see great pictures of beautiful Superduty trucks posted on this forum. I don't expect that everyone will love every product out there. That is why there is such an enormous selection of great and some not so great products out there. But that too is why forums are created so truck owners can research what will or will not work for them.
I have read on this forum site and a couple others that guys have had warranty work completed without any issues by simply removing the Stealth module. But it has been for simple little items and not a grenaded engine. That is always a risk when you add aftermarket items that take the truck beyond manufacturer specs. The engineers at Ford have a very good idea, with plenty of testing, exactly how long parts will last and what they can handle. If Ford could warranty and reliably give everyone a 800 Hp / 1500 Ft./lbs truck and meet emissions they would immediately. Any manufacturer would because it would sell faster than they could imagine building it.
When I purchased this truck I told myself I'm not touching it until the warranty has ran out. My wife laughed at me and less than six months later here I am adding non-stock/aftermarket items to make it mine and more my style. Does a truck need 440Hp and 925ft/lbs of torque? Not really but more is always better here in America and that is why the automotive aftermarket industry is booming.
But back to the topic on hand. I still want to hear from someone that has a Stealth module and a cold air intake kit. Any brand of intake kit?

How do you like the ride of the Bilstien Springs and what shocks did you decide on or did it comes as a kit. I had the Bilstien kit in my 06 and never had an issue in the 78,000 miles they were on it. I had 5100's in my old truck. Looking to do this to the new truck as well.
CAI's don't really do anything for these trucks. The stock box is built so damn well, there's not much (if any) to gain in replacing it.
I have read guys claiming 1-3 mpg increase from stock with only a CAI upgrade and others claiming zero change other than hearing the turbo outside the cab a little better. Thanks for your input.

Sarge
The Bilstien springs ride great. It was a noticeable difference when I had the stock wheels and tires on before the new shoes showed up. I went with the 5100's front and rear. So far very pleased. I think some of the better ride quality was the truck had snow plow rated front springs from factory.
I have the S&B intake with the stealth. I did the intake first and it provided a noticeable change. There is a post on here with a chart showing a dyno run with the it and its a decent bump for just an intake. I then added the stealth and it was a nice addition. Unlike what tricon said above this is not a tuner and does not flash the ecm so it is untraceable. I did notice a 2 mpg gain with it added. If you don't want to delete or run any type of tunes until your warranty is out i can definitely recommend the stealth.
