Congratulations on the softball win there Tony. Sounds like you may have a few more games to go to this year.
Things have been quiet around here. Hoping everyone is enjoying the weather. Spring sure is nice in Carolina. Work has certainly picked up for me, keeping me busy. But that's a good thing. Not sure I could ever go back to being bored, even if i'm getting paid.
Hmmm been sorta quiet around here lately... what’s the big secret ya’ll got going on?
weve been working on getting the VB house ready to sell... and when we're not working on that we are moving the remaining things to the NC house... this trips gonna be a heavy one when we go... 300 lb lift... my welding equipment, engine in a crate... giant wall AC unit (was bought for a house in the 70's not like them small light things that are around now), a stove.. transmission... big bulky heavy things like that... matter fact when we were loading the lift in the back of the trailer, the nose of the trailer was coming off the ground lol...

I take it since it's a heavy load, you'll be towing it and not your father? He drives a Chevy right? Wow, ya'll might have had the slowest, longest move in history trying to get down to North Carolina...

well when your working 8 hrs of the day away from the house it doesnt help... also gotta remember there was renos being done at the NC house first... someone ending up in the ICU for 2 weeks in SC and another month and half in rehab didnt help either...
also the house was bought when dad could retire and file for SSI... Mom had to keep working for a couple more years... she finally got to file this yr...

LOL that reminds me of my move from CT down here to NC.
We did it with 3of the largest PODS and 1 of them I had 3 motors, a trany or 2 (auto & stick), 2 tool boxes w/tools (not the big large type), 1.5 car of car parts, my 80 gal stand up shop compressor, and a bunch of other stuff.
When they dropped it off in NC the guy said he was not to ask but "what was in there it is heavy!"
The weight adds up fast!
Have a safe trip

that it does... last trip had all the stuff from my reloading cabinet... ntm the boom stick cabinet and what it contained lol.. ntm a few other things...even with the trailer partly loaded you could feel the weight but truck still pulled it...
how its currently loaded... still have time to throw more in there...
On this side at the back door end... engine block, air conditioner and the big box is the old stove... i plan to use that stove for a powder coating testing oven..
on this side is the lift i just bought... when i did the math conversion it came out to just under 300lbs..
My mig welder... and up front my stick welders hiding under all the other stuff there... if you look carefully you can see the tail of the transmission peeking out there...
and the body parts to fix my truck that havent gotten done yet...
Well fellas, Thursday we took the wife to her final appointment, then ended up in the hospital. At 3am Friday morning she had severe contractions so they got the doc in ther and they called for a epidural a little after 5, unfortunately it wasn't quick enough and by the time they hit it we were having a baby.
At 6:16 on Friday 6/15 we welcomed our Daughter to the World at 7lb 8oz and 21.5" long.
Yesterday we got sent home about 10:15 and welcomed our little girl home where she met the older children, Remington and Fred. Remi being a little older did a couple sniffs and carried on, but fred was a little jealous.
By this morning though me, Mila, and Fred all curled up on the couch.
