Friday night we ripped a bunch of carpet out, then yesterday morning started ripping out the laundry room flooring. Then we started going back with new flooring. Got the laundry room, kitchen/pantry and dining room re floored. Got a few more pieces of toe molding to put down and 1 transition to do. Now we got new flooring to put in the bathroom and a little paint to sling, but I'm finding it hard to get motivated this morning.

That's what we're going to be putting in the dining room, kitchen, and hallway.

That's what I put down in the basement office and hallway\laundry room. Trying to decide if I want to put it down in the den and the kitchen as well.

Yep. First one I've done. Turned out pretty good. Better than the concrete that was the floor anyway. So can't complain. I little more insulation and a better looking. The rooms feel finished.

Some of you may have seen it on the NC page, but in case you haven't James is stepping down as Chapter Leader. Please make sure you put your names in the pot, or your nominations if you want to take over. I've put mine down as I prefer it be one of us regulars taking over, and I certainly don't mind doing the work to keep the chapter going.

Got a little shop time in, nothing major, but boy living alone and trying to get stuff done, people always wonder why I always eat supper so late. Well best get it in the oven.

Ya'll have a good evening!

End up getting off early today, and off all day tomorrow due to the Air show in cherry point. So that means truck project times.

When we moved down here we had to do the same thing "make hose presentable" but had no where down here to put the stuff till we sold the CT house to buy this one.
The fix was PODS, we loaded stuff into a PODS, 3 total for the move plus my truck & car on trailer and my sisters SUV.
PODS held them till we had a place and I called to have them brought to the new house.
