Been trying to figure out the chapter leader functions and such. Doesn't look like we have any one that has applied to join in the queue, so at least I figured that much out!
Took the cheap honda beater ATV down to Raeford for the Wagon Train this past weekend. Had a good time. Was able to get it stuck in the one mud hole I tried. One of the front axle shafts slipped out, so it was only a three wheel drive. DIdn't do too good with that in the mud. However, everything else, it handled with ease. Lots of fun, don't know why I never picked one up before now and tried it out. Way easier to move around than the Jeep is. Though it does flex the front of the bed in the truck if I want the tail gate up. Also loaded up the big trailer and moved some stuff for a friend Friday night\ Saturday morning. It's still sitting at her place with one or two pieces left on it waiting for me to come unload it and bring it back home.
Figure the F-150 has been doing pretty good lately, so it might actually be time to reward it with a bath and a vacuum this week, if I can get to it after work one evening.
there may be another new NC member coming soon Josh... but theyre unsure yet of the move... i told them to peek in here and say hi sometime... that we dont bite lol... theyre looking at a job in the raleigh area so will see..
Glad to hear it! New members are always welcome. Things have gotten a little quiet around here lately.
thats because everyones out doing things on these long sunny days... for example last weekend made 3 trips to the dump, changed the 2 fuel filters inside the tank on the stang (still surprised there was 2 of them.. use to there only being 1).. loaded some things in the trailer and played with my new drill bit sharpener making the dull ones sharp again (i hope)...
