Rear hoses are just as specific as front hoses, and are available. The 'bolt with breather' I have not seen anywhere, but later vehicles used a nipple bolt with a long rubber hose that terminated at the frame rails. You can probably simply clean the one you have and be good to go.
The 'bolt with breather' is a hollow bolt with a floating cap attached to the top which kept out debris. Likely it was problematic and replaced with the hose version mentioned above.
The ones used on Dana 60's is the same thread but longer, and is the type 52Merc described with the nipple for a hose. The p/n for the stock type is 8A-4022.
Interesting. I don't have that. I think I'll just drill out a bolt with a 1/8" drill and tap the head for 1/8" NPT and do the hose thing with a sintered bronze vent cap.
Getting used parts isn’t so hard when this site is around but new is always a make do or modify it or adapt this to fit
I remember someone posting about selling the bolt that holds the jack for $20 if you need this one it’s yours n/c
