What would cause the battery warning light II activate after about a minute after start up even though it is charging with new batteries and clean connections?

lots of things cause this issue.. need details ..

I can guess .. its a Ford.. and maybe a Truck... ???????????

and depending on year.. even a Body computer...

what are the actual battery readings off and while the engine is running?
