Route-1 for factory gps

Planning a trip at the end of the month & concerned about low clearances. Several have mentioned Route-1 from lowclearances.com. Their website says the software can be loaded into most factory gps units that accept 3rd party input. Does anyone have any experience using this with 2017 SD gps?

You have an Android phone? If so its super easy with Google maps. You can go to maps.google.com and upload your route, add stops, way points, etc. Then just pull up the saved map on your phone and plug it into the USB ports. Android Auto will fire up and you'll have everything you need right there.

I'm not sure if you can do the same thing with Apple Maps, seems everyone I know hates it but I have little experience with it. I do not think the stock NAV will allow you to upload routes though. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.
