These are the headlamp assemblies that I bought. Ad copy says DOT & SAE compliant and mine had the same certification molded into the lens. I've be running these for 2 years now and no loss of clarity in the plastic.
Headlamp They've gone up a few dollars but still reasonable for my limited income.
