Question IWE

Has anyone had a situation where you hear a noise from one or both of your front wheels when starting off from a stop with the engine at idle. You hear a noise like when your IWE is allowed to come out unintentionally but not as loud for a short time until the engine rpm comes up off idle. Could a part of the system be worn where there is not quite enough vacuum going to the drivers side IWE to keep the IWE completely disengaged at engine idle?

YEs, the slide can become rusted / corroded / rubber parts wear and leak.. or the solenoids don't operate or leak.. read more below. You need to TEST to figure out what part is bad.
