Well I did ask for opinions. Didn't think it would be about how the video was made vs the information contained therein. Great way to shut down what could have been a good conversation, Dan.
Engine control is handled by the person behind the wheel; worries are about points, spark plugs, and filters. Sold for about $24k a few years back. 1972, 390 w/4 speed, manual transfer case, manual HVAC.

I wish the big 3 would start making these older trucks again!
The article is BS, but the auto industry is losing its mind. With the latest electric Mustang, a paying option is access to the frunk, the front trunk, from what I've read.

Sorry, if there isn’t an engine in the “frunk”, it ain’t a mustang to me. IMO it was a huge mistake for Ford to call that suv looking electric monstrosity a Mustang. There is absolutely zero resemblance to its namesake. Zero. Sorry for the rant. I own 2 real mustangs.
Sounds like ford is taking cues from Europe with their pay to play crap. Accessories already built into the vehicle that the consumer must pay a monthly fee to unlock. Theft by deception if you ask me.
Not a chance in heck of that. Too many regulations, lawyers, and people that really have no idea what a truck actually is.
One of these days I'm going to get a clean square body and drop a 4 cylinder, all mechanical diesel in it and manual ta boot. A good apocalypse truck that can start with a push or roll down a hill 😁

That's why I grabbed my 6.9 when it popped up, nothing like a pure mechanical beast to make driving fun again.
