Hi everyone, I was given a 12V power pack off a tailgate lifter, I took it to a hydraulic shop with the make & model of the hoist and asked if it would lift 2 tons....... Put it on the boys said ! It'll work ...... and it does.

Looks like the photos loaded up OK, best wishes for you guys in the hurricane effected areas of the U.S, my uncle in Houston was lucky, only lost power for 22 hours. Cheers, Steve.

That's a beautiful job and it looks like the dump tilts really high. Now you need a junior sized pump system for your custom tilt front end!

Hi guys, sorry for not replying sooner, now the outside door handles are '34
Ford car.... only because the hot rod shop near me had them. To make them
fit you have to enlarge the hole in the door to 7/8'' IIRC and the screw holes
that hold the handle to the door are in a slightly different place.... but good
enough for me.
Not finished yet, I've got the upholstery to go and yet to gas the A/C.
I think I'll put some Dynamat in the cab, looking around on the web it seems
to be the pick of the bunch.....local hot rod shop sells that too ! Imgur is the
photo hosting site I'm using now.
When the truck is done, it will be my daily drive to work, then my '75 XB Falcon
coupe will get a well deserved coat of paint , been my daily drive for 30 years.
302 Cleveland, 4 on the floor.

Bernette, I skype my uncle in Houston every Sunday morning at 7.30am here,
it's 4.30pm Saturday arvo in Houston.
BTW I made some door upholstery panels out of 3ply, I think black buttoned
vinyl will look OK, I'll post photos when I get the panels back from the upholstery guy. Black buttoned vinyl for the headlining too, with late model Falcon map reading light assembly mounted into it.

I did choose an original Ford paint color but the paint shop here couldn't find the formula. So they gave me some swatches and said ' pick something' ......
I settled on Coniston Green, a 2007 Land Rover color PPG LRR.570 (B)
