Beautiful morning here! Windows open and birds chirping.

Grass cutting began yesterday. My Mom loves to mow. She finish mows about 16 acres here!! Sometimes, she lets us help. She uses a diesel Kubota ZTR to make long grass short.

30 rounds is plenty. You just need to be proficient at mag changes. That and fixing malfunctions is probably more important than marksmanship....

The ‘shelter in place’ ORDERS are likely to spread across the country. This will mostly translate into a massive financial disaster that will affect every single one of us. I spoke with a friend who has residential rental property in (3) states. He is anticipating tenants to not be able to pay rent and is trying to prepare for that.

There is allegedly TP here and they are limiting people to (2) packages each. We don’t need anything from town, but I do need to go to the bank and deposit checks so I can pay bills.

Jason, same weather here about 2 hours east of you! Doors and windows are open and the morning fresh air is welcomed compared to the weeks and weeks of rain we have had. I need to mow, but my my wife loves the wild flowers growing in the yard around the pond.

Eric (Army Lifer) is my neighbor! Although my stash of firearms is not that extensive, we have more than enough to weather this storm if it comes to that. Hopefully our nation will follow suit with how other nations have and be smart about how to keep safe and healthy and most importantly calm.

That's the problem Sous, if we do what other nations are doing soon martial law will be implemented, after that gun consfication, then forced to follow orders like a little good boy. Fu/k that our president has to get rid of the traitors in our country.

I hear you sir, but I think we are a long way from martial law and firearm confiscation. Even if it came to that, there will be a "resistance" larger than what the LE/military could possibly handle. We are not in a police state and hopefully will not be.

I have some strong opinions on the 2A (look at my avatar) and the current state of the government, but we are not to that point and hopefully we will not be there and this will blow over. As more and more states go to a "shelter in place" or "lock down" stance, we as citizens must have situational awareness and keep our families safe.

This is not some movie where soldiers are showing up on your doorstep asking for your firearms, this is real life and there are a lot of events that need to take place before we as citizens are faced with a soldier on our doorstep.

That is not to say that in the months and years coming that there will not be new legislation introduced in an effort to mitigate the sale of firearms or ammunition, but I think we were already looking that potential problem in the face before the COVID-19 outbreak.

I was hoping he might have equipment to help recover at least one of my weapons in the bottom of lake oconee so i had the ability to defend myself again. I dont know what i was thinking trying to duck hunt in that old canoe. And why did i feel the need to bring everything in my safe just to lose it in a tragic boating accident.

California, NY, are starting to implement it, as well as every other leftist city, and the media as well as all the democratic scum celebrating it as if it was a freaking kegger party. Just remember who the real enemy is and why this stuff is really happening, and where the attack plan is coming from.

Yeah, they already know you (and about the other 200 million of us that have the hardware at hand to defend Liberty).
What they question is whether we have the cojones to stand and use them!
Most do not have that kind of heart, but will surrender under enough pressure!
To quote more than one plains native "It's a GOOD day to die."

Trust me sir, my crosshair knows what direction to look. After 5 war zone deployments and 22 years of being prepared, I am familiar with what the warning signs are.

They can celebrate and have their party and when the dust settles, we will see who was ready and who wasn't.

Be safe and stay healthy.

Well. Sorry for the delayed response, but we have been absolutely inundated with work. I am just too tired to fluff this up so bare with me. I am rambling with only 3 hrs of sleep a night for the last 6 days. It has gotten Real...

One of my main jobs has been working with and training the ICU and anesthesia staff and help testing triage ventilators we are building. So far we have had great success but the logistics are tremendous. We use 1.8 million (I don’t exaggerate) liters of oxygen a DAY to provide 100 extra ventilators for example... I found we DONT “YET” have a way to deliver it even if they pull a tractor trailer sized o2 tank up 3 times a day... working on it...

The list is endless. Don’t forget everyone else is clamoring for these resources too...

One of the biggest issues we are facing besides enough personnel to rotate to not get them all sick at the same time is lack of supplies. With China down on manufacturing and shipping the world is not getting restocked. We are getting low on PPE and haven’t even seen many patients yet.

The ones we have seen have been profoundly sick. The “general/avg”course of disease is exposure then 5 days later start getting symptoms, then for those most severely impacted they go into respiratory failure at about day 7 POST symptoms. This requires sedation, large amounts of resources meds and PPE, and a ventilator on high flow oxygen. Here is the even bigger drain and why the system gets overwhelmed:

IF they get better it takes up those resources for 21 days on avg.

Add all the NEW cases on top and providers now getting sick and you are out of beds AND people to administer the care pretty darn quickly because outflow far lower than inflow. Hope this makes sense.

Be prepared to shelter in place for 2 months at least if necessary.

This bug is about to impact all of our daily lives. Several of my colleagues have contacts in Washington state and another had a resident mate in Italy. It is a war zone over there. I don’t use that term lightly. Their rates are exceeding China because they are overwhelmed and many of the nursing homes and people who die at home with no treatment are NOT even counted because only stats in covid have to have been tested.

I can give you 4 or five examples from providers that I know and what they are seeing but it would take too long. See the videos below. It is mirroring almost exactly what he is saying. Dude knows his stuff.

I was possibly exposed today by a careless contracted janitor that was scared to not get paid and came to work sick. I found him sweating profusely and coughing heavily with no mask or PPE right outside our office door and room to our main patient facility.... 🤯

I had 6 ICU docs, 4 nurses, and 2 respiratory specialist in the SAME area... needless to say after my conversation with the contractor and the incident commander this won’t be happening again but did he just screw us before we got the response going. 😑

If I didn’t make sense (and I likely am not right now as I am feverishly typing this on my phone trying to get at least some response to the real world so I can crash and do it again).

I don’t frequent Joe’s interviews because he can be so vulgar but he is a great interviewer and you asked for an “expert”. IMO this is probably the most well rounded conversation about this whole thing from someone I PERSONALLY respect his opinions on Joe is interviewing. Don’t even get me started on the impact most will feel even more than this disease. The economy.

If nothing else IGNORE my delirious rambling as I am likely going to want to delete/edit this monstrosity later when I get some sleep and LISTEN to THIS GUY.

I myself an doing life as usual, with proper precautions. I am so far unaffected by most of the issues going on in the rest of the country, But i see it coming, I also see people are loosing their minds! People fighting in the grocery store over cans of soup, it's unreal, and unfortunately will get worse before it gets better!

Pay attention to your surroundings, watch over those that can not watch over themselves , But remember you must take care of you to take care of others!
