I have been in situations before in war zones overseas where there was a large crowd that were on the verge of rioting and panic was running through them like adrenaline would run through them. It truly is insane...

We are not leaving our home in the country until this blows over and will be just fine here watching the civil unrest from a distance.

👍🏻. I had to cancel my most anticipated trip of the year. I could still do it because I have the skill set and resources to prevent issues but it just isn’t worth it. Plus I’m needed more where I’m at.
Just gotta put our big boy pants on and understand we gotta all do our parts whatever they may be. We are so spoiled as a country with “first world problems” that we lose site of what really matters. Hopefully we will learn from this to reset our priorities and also prepare for life. Times like this bring the best and the worst out of people. We just need to look inside and make sure it is the best. All we can do and all we are asked to do.

5 new additions to the family. We bought a dog for our son a couple months ago... it was pregnant. From the timing it got pregnant maybe 2 days before we got it. Jack Russell Chihuahua mix breed.

Today they are closing all business that cater to 50 or more people, including all restaurants. They may go statewide with this. Looks like the State is getting ready to shut down.

What State is this? California and New York did.

PA's closing up all non-essentials and I got a nice Trijicon Red Dot inbound to my LGS. You'd think they'd at least try to accommodate me but nooooo. Last thing I buy there. If I had ordered it over the web It'd be here already.

Same same here Mark. Ammo is out everywhere as well except with my one obscure gun shop. I have plenty, but found a deal on 223, so I jumped on it.

They are limiting ammo purchases and the background check system is down so no gun sales, at least in Oregon. This verified by my wifes cousin who went to the gun shop today.
Makes you go, hmmm...

My solution to the ammo availability and spiraling cost issue.

Admittedly, that is still eventually subject to the availability of supplies. At that point, it's time to switch over to homebrew black powder and a muzzle loader. I used to be really good with a blowgun too.

On another note, I think gun grabbers should have their homes raided by SWAT for excessive TP. 1000 rolls of TP is obviously a stockpile and is a clear and present danger to society.

Monkey see monkey do, everything that was shown on TV in other countries, is what some dumb people in the states are doing.

yeah the whole TP grab thing is frustrating. Kind of a self perpetuating issue. People are buying it because other people are panicking and buying it up. Just builds on itself. If this goes on very long my kids are gonna have a problem. But what can you do. Got to think about alternatives. Good thing my wife has a bidet.
