2011 -2016 blower motor
I have a problem with a 2011 blower motor.The fan changes speeds on it own. I read on the diesel forum someone had a problem with the motor not working and gave it a kick to get it going. I found the same thing,give it a tap and it starts working. Anyone had a similar problem? It looks like the heater box is the same 99-07,08-10,11-16. The 11 -16 looks to be the most difficult to work with.

I haven't had that issue, but if tapping it seems to make it work, I would try shooting compressed air in through the closest dash vents (with the hvac off of course) to see if that jars anything loose that may be causing the blower to stick.
