Blower Motor Resistor
My 2011 f350 is having an issue where the blower fan speed fluctuates by itself. I do not have the auto climate. I’ve read a bit and seems like the blower motor resistor going bad can cause this. I was planning on pulling it out to test it. Does anyone know where it is located? I looked behind the glove box but didn’t seem to find it.

My 2011 did the same thing.Try hitting the blower motor with your fist to see if it changes speeds,if it does you are lucky and only need to replace the blower motor.The blower motor is a PITA to change but can be done without removing the dash.

Thanks I’ll give that a try. The reason I was thinking it might be the resistor is if I turn the blower on the highest setting it seems to be fine. And from what I’ve read the resistor is bypassed on the highest setting.
