The domestic associate "borrowed" the truck for her annual pilgrimage to the family homestead over the 4th. And took the grandsons, age 14 and 15. Yes, this IS a recipe for disaster! BUT, other than milkshake on the seat belts, and chip residue and who knows what on the seats, there doesn't appear to be an lasting destruction.......
BUT, I did find, sitting on the back seat, this thing....
It's about 3 inches across, and has a number on it 12013551. According to her, they "found" it under the driver's seat... I tried searching for that number but all the Ford parts places I tried said they didn't recognize the number.
Anybody know what this thing is and where it goes?

Reason: forgot the picture
That is the seat filer....Motorcraft FS-106....It goes under the seat.....there should be one on each of the front seat blower motors for the heated/cooled seats.
That also appears to be the original seat filter for the air conditioned seats. The replacement "filter" (if you could call it that), no longer has the white foam filter element present, only the black plastic perforated cover.
In any case, I hope I don't have to take the seat loose to put this thing back in...
nope....can just reach under and put it back on. Feel around under the passenger seat first fir the one that's still there so that you know whereabouts to put it.
Probably just slowly fell off vs someone taking it off
