I'm a TPMS tech at a tire shop and our Snap-On Solus has this capability. I've only seen it on GMs though. It's really nice for people who have LRE tires and want to air them down to 35 ish psi for street driving, then back up to 55/80 or whatever you run for towing.
Cool product.
Even better would be indirect TPMS... Uses regular rubber valve stems and wheel speed sensors to sense low tire pressure. You calibrate the pressure based on whatever size tires at whatever pressure you want. You can air high for towing, 30s for street, and low for offroading. Then calibrate it to whatever you want. So far it's more of a Honda thing... Haven't seen too many other makes using it.
I found that the website says there's an error, but when I used the pulldown menus there to input my truck's year/model/engine that the product will come up.
Nothing I'm interested in. Already have a 5 Star that hasn't showed me a lot.
