Welcome to the FTE Bill
Couple things you can do, first determine what axle the truck came with, listed on the data plate. Look for a tag on the differential housing, secured on a bolt, hopefully still there, and compare. The numbers will indicate what it is. Finally you could determine the axle ratio of the installed differential by jacking up a wheel and counting how many turns of the driveshaft versus the wheel and dividing.
